Rooney -
AKC “Honeystone's Macaroon Puff”, Standard Poodle, Brown & White Parti
Super smart. Deeply devoted. Practically perfect. Rooney is the girl who helped us form our program and was key in creating the wide variety of colors and markings we are known for in our puppies. She’s an amazing mom, and a best friend who spends most days at work with us. She is beautifully balanced and the picture of power and grace in motion, which is exactly what a Standard Poodle should be.
Daisy - CKC “Honeystone’s You’re A Daisy If You Doodle”, Multigenerational Standard Goldendoodle, Red & White Parti
Our Daisy is such a good girl. She’s great with other dogs and is the best friend of our cat, Puff. She’s a fantastic swimmer and devoted mom. She’s very doodle-y (big round eyes, a shorter nose, sturdy body) And, we especially love her non-shedding red & white curls that are soft and fluffy.
Georgia - CKC “Honeystone’s The Doodle Went Down To Georgia”, Multigenerational Miniature Goldendoodle, Red Abstract
Oh, how we love this little (soon-to-be) momma! She’s the perfect size for lots of people. She’s a happy, easy-to-live-with dog who is everyone’s good buddy. Like all the best mini-doodles, Georgia was created through generations of selective-size breeding (by our friend Tessie, of Someday Someway Doodles). Georgia’s miniature status was achieved gradually by pairing up similarly sized dogs. Creating mini-doodles in this way results in healthy dogs with well-balanced bodies that produce consistently-sized puppies.
Indie - AKC “Honeystone’s Indigo Legs For Daze”, Standard Poodle, Blue Merle (Carries for Parti)
They say it’s not easy being a super-model. But, Indie sure makes it look effortless. Wherever we go, she turns heads and makes converts of people who “would never, ever want a Poodle!” While Indie is undeniably a beauty, her heart and mind are that of an elite athlete. She’s been learning to dock dive and loves chasing balls almost as much as she loves her people. She’s particularly great with kids and is our go-to tutor for leash training with puppies.
Pippa - AKC “Honeystone’s Pip You To The Post”, Old English Sheepdog, Grey & White
If ever a dog matched her name, it’s Pip. She’s the most cheerful, fun-loving, devoted dog. She has the agreeable, patient nature for which the Old English Sheepdog is known, but she is also always up for a good time. She’s a natural-born herder (Just ask our pet ducks & geese, who she herds into the pond about ten times a day), and she’s a sensible, calm watch dog who lets us know with her deep, throaty bark when we have visitors. Pip is the momma of our Old English Sheepdog puppies and also our Sheepadoodles, or “Sheepies”. They are a fantastic doodle -and one of our personal favorites.
Luci Doris - CKC “Honeystone’s Lucille Ball Meets Doris Day“, Malchi (50% Maltese + 50% Chihuahua = 100% Awesome), Red & White parti
Luci Doris is a hybrid toy who originally joined Honeystone to help our new pups learn how to live with and respect smaller dogs. Naturally, lots of our families have more than one dog in their home - so we condition our pups to live alongside other pets (of all sizes) from the very beginning. It wasn’t long until Luci completely charmed us and convinced us that she had all the right stuff to join our program. She is FANTASTIC with children (something that can be an issue with small breeds) and, she’s a confident, secure little dog who has no idea that she weighs only about 5 pounds.
Puff - CFA “Honeystone’s Helga Hufflepuff”, World’s Most Patient Persian Cat & Official Honeystone Puppy Trainer.
Puff helps us raise puppies who know how to live happily with cats. She’s very good at her work, and is exactly the right cat for the job because she likes dogs - but knows how to stand her ground and teach them to respect the felines of the world. *P.S. - After proof-reading this website for us, Puff demanded her picture be placed on this page, and that it be larger than the dogs’ pictures, and she refused to look at us until we fixed it. (Cats…you know how they can be.)
